Before You Visit
We want your visit to be joyful and safe — for both humans and animals
Please remember:
Pre-booking is mandatory
Dress appropriately for the weather and follow the guide’s instructions
Children under 14 must be with an adult
No shouting or scaring the animals
Don’t leave children unattended
Do not feed the dogs without permission. Always ask your guide before offering any food or treats
No pets, no alcohol, no teasing
Respect animals and the space around them
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the farm. It is harmful to the animals and poses a fire hazard
Keep the area clean — do not leave litter. Help protect the environment and the safety of the animals by using designated trash bins
Stay with your group during walks. Follow your guide closely to ensure your safety and a smooth experience for everyone
